The Case Club AR15 Rifle Case offers a durable, hard-sided protective storage and transport solution built specifically for AR15-style rifles. Featuring custom-cut, closed-cell polyethylene foam, this case ensures a precise fit for one AR15 rifle up to 34.8 inches in overall length, along with one full-sized pistol and one pistol magazine. The dense foam interior is engineered to cradle your gear securely, minimizing movement and providing excellent impact resistance.

The case includes designated slots for up to two standard or PMAG 30-round rifle magazines. A dedicated pistol cutout accommodates most full-size or compact handguns, with space for a single pistol magazine. A small accessory cavity is also included for items like tools or cleaning kits. The case is waterproof, dustproof, and fully shippable, designed to withstand harsh environments and heavy-duty handling.     If the overall length of the rifle is less than the max length of 34.8" long, then the gun can be made to fit. However it looks like the handguard of that rifle is longer than a standard carbine so it will require you to customize the foam. It is likely the handguard will overlap with the pistol cutout and could affect how a pistol fits there.

    Negative. It will  be almost impossible to properly convert this case to hold 2 ARs. Your best bet is to purchase our small universal rifle case, which uses the same case shell, but has uncut PE foam in the base for you to customize yourself.

    If the length of the rifle (from the tip of the barrel to the back of the stock when collapsed) does not exceed 34.8" then the Springfield Saint Edge will fit.

    A red dot will not fit in the cutout because the top of the pistol is too close to the edge of the case. A rail mounted light however will fit. Simply use the included razor knife to follow the cut lines as shown below.

    The padlockable holes built into this case do not have metal reinforcements.

    While this foam insert can technically be bought separate from the case it would be considered a one-off (since we normally mass produce this product) and therefore more expensive then just buying the case and foam as-is. A higher cost purchase could be justified if you already had a case (possibly sentimental) that you really wanted to use or were looking to order in higher quantities for resale which would lower the pricing. For an individual however it would make more sense from a cost stand point to purchase the whole case then just the foam.

    Case Club manufacturers this case here in the USA. Other case models can be requested with this foam set however be advised we mass produce this case & foam which brings down the production cost. If we were to manufacture a single foam set in a different case the overall product cost would increase substantially. Most customers opt to go with this product as-is due to the higher cost of switching cases.

    You will find our case is an industry leading product and on par or superior compared to other name brands.

    This case was designed around a standard AR15 carbine with a 16" barrel. Based on that I suspect your overall rifle length is longer than 36" which would prevent it from fitting into this case. Your firearms however would fit into our AR10 case which would accommodate the longer barrel and gear you mention. All our rifle case designs are flexible in the fact they can fit a variety of different accessories however if you wanted an insert tailed to your specific weapons and gear you would want to consider a custom foam insert. Going that route will be more costly, but we can custom cut the foam to achieve an absolute perfect fit. To put our custom cutting capabilities into perspective we can follow the contour of a picatinny rail. Generally the cost ends up being about double what a premade case costs.
