Return Policy

A return merchandise authorization {RMA} number and the original invoice must accompany all returns for defective and non-defective merchandise.

Non Returnable: Products marked as non-returnable are non-stocked items that are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the product will work for your application before placing the order as the sale is final.

Defective merchandise may be returned for replacement or a refund {excluding all shipping charges} if the following conditions are met.

  • The date of return is within 30 days of purchase
  • Original packaging is used with return
  • The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the product’s defect. (In other words if the Manufacturer of the product is not willing to fix or replace the product themselves we will issue a refund or replacement)

(Defective merchandise is defined as products which are defective from the manufacturer of the product, not items which are damaged through shipping). See below to help protect yourself from shipping issues.

Non-defective stock merchandise may be returned for a refund {excluding all shipping charges & 25% restocking fee} within 30 days of purchase, provided the case is not damaged or used and is returned in its original packaging.

  • No returns or refunds on the following products or based on the following situations:
    • Special order merchandise including:
      • All foam inserts and foam products (including inserts that come in cases)
      • All cases where foam or material is glued in
      • All custom cases
      • All cases which are modified including printing
      • Non-stock cases or discounted cases
      • All Flashlights
  • Based on a customer service recommendation
    • Although we strive for excellence & perfection when recommending cases and products we cannot be held liable for incorrectly fitting or undesirable products. Case Club is always happy to recommend a product based on your needs, but the due diligence and final decision is the responsibility of the customer. If you need further clarification on a product or have questions please feel free to ask. If you want to ensure your parts will fit into the case before purchasing we can only guarantee a proper fit if you send us the physical parts to be fitted in a custom foam insert.
  • All shipping and handling charges are not refundable
    • As soon as the product leaves our facility (whether through UPS, FedEx, Customer Pickup or Other means) we are no longer responsible for the product. This includes missing, damaged or lost packages. If you have any concern that a carrier may lose or damage your product please call us to require a signature upon delivery & purchase all applicable insurance.
    • In the event a package is returned to sender (Case Club) after a carrier attempted delivery the required number of times based on their policy it is the customers responsibility to pay for any and all shipping costs associated with the order including, but not limited to the failed shipping attempt along with the new shipping costs to try and deliver the package again. In the event the returned package is to be returned for refund there will also be a 25% restocking fee.
    • If a product is lost or damaged by a shipping company we will help you go through the claims process with the shipping company, but cannot guarantee any outcome.
    • Any guarantees regarding delivery dates or estimated delivery dates made by the shipping company such as (overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day or ground) are guarantees by the shipping company only. Although Case Club will ship on time or notify you if not possible to ship on time, the transit time estimates are by the shipping or freight company only. If you have a deadline in which you need a product we will do our best to accommodate it, but ultimately the decision and responsibility of how to ship the product along with the outcome lies on the customer & the customer alone.

Note: Some manufacturers have a money back guarantee of their own, {see documentation accompanying your merchandise or contact us with any questions you might have} you may be able to return the product directly to the manufacturer.
