The Case Club Shotgun Shell 50 Cal Ammo Can Foam is a custom foam insert engineered to securely store shotgun shells inside a standard 50 cal ammo can (ammo can not included). Designed to fit up to 100 shotgun shells of mixed gauges—this insert can accommodate up to 150 shells if all shells are shorter than 2.276″ in overall length. Each shell rests in an individual cutout, keeping your ammunition upright, organized, and protected during storage or transport.
The set includes seven pieces: convolute lid foam, a 0.25″ bottom flat pad, two 0.5″ spacer foams, and three precision-cut foam trays that house the shells. The foam is crafted from closed-cell, military-grade polyethylene, which resists moisture, wipes clean easily, and offers durable long-term protection. This compact setup efficiently uses the internal space of standard 50 cal cans with interior dimensions of 11.00″ x 5.62″ x 7.0″, ensuring minimal movement and maximum support.
