Customer Questions

  1. Answered by the admin Our shop decides the quantity and thickness of layers during production. However our policy is to always have a thin layer at the bottom which the gear can rest on. For this particular case you could expect a 3 layer insert. 1) Convolute foam for the lid. 2) ~2.75" layer in the base. 3) 0.5" layer below the 2.75" layer which the gear can sit on. The layer thickness could vary slightly from that however it should be a good guide on what you will receive. If you need to order in volume we can customize the foam to your exact requirements.
