  1. Q How many separate layers of foam are included for customizing with the PE foam, and how thick is ... answer now

    Answered by the admin Our shop decides the quantity and thickness of layers during production. However our policy is to always have a thin layer at the bottom which the gear can rest on. For this particular case you could expect a 3 layer insert. 1) Convolute foam for the lid. 2) ~2.75" layer in the base. 3) 0.5" layer below the 2.75" layer which the gear can sit on. The layer thickness could vary slightly from that however it should be a good guide on what you will receive. If you need to order in volume we can customize the foam to your exact requirements.
