Case Features

  • Case is 100% shippable and airline approved for TSA checked luggage
  • Two metal reinforced padlock points that support a customer supplied padlock with a 1/4" shackle
  • One way hinge pins ensure your bottles remains safe and secure
  • Case has a lifetime warranty
  • 100% Waterproof (IP67) & Dustproof
  • Built-in pressure release valve
  • Wide bodied snap latches can be used with thick gloves
  • The 3rd extension of the tote handle is sometimes tight. Just use WD-40 or similar as needed for lubrication

Interior Foam Features

  • Lid foam is open cell convoluted polyurethane
  • Base foam is closed cell polyethylene which won't absorb moisture or liquids
  • Bottle "neck protector" pieces included to add strength to the the bottle neck & keep the bottle from moving
  • Neck Protector Sleeves should stick out 1" above the top of the base foam for proper packing
  • Remove the 0.5" "donut" from the bottom of each slot for Riesling and Cabernet Bottles
