The Case Club 40 Magazine Foam Insert for Fat .50 Cal Ammo Cans is a precision-engineered storage solution designed to hold and organize up to 40 standard pistol magazines in a secure, protective layout. Made to fit inside Fat .50 cal ammo cans (interior dimensions: 12.00″ x 6.8″ x 8.5″), this insert transforms common surplus containers into reliable, gear-protecting cases.
Constructed from closed-cell military-grade polyethylene foam, the insert is durable, non-absorbent, and easy to wipe clean—ideal for both storage and transport. The set includes three components: a top lid piece, a precision-cut base layer for magazines, and a flatpad for the bottom. Customers can optionally glue the lid foam in place using standard hot glue.
This foam insert accommodates a wide variety of single- and double-stack pistol magazines. Each magazine is held separately in an upright position to prevent shifting and minimize wear.
The compact, efficient layout is ideal for maximizing space while keeping magazines protected and organized inside a hard-sided case.
