This foam insert is engineered to transform a standard 50 cal ammo can into a secure and organized storage solution for up to 7 rifle magazines. Designed with precision-cut cavities, the insert accommodates a range of magazine types (see product diagram for sizing compatibility), with customizable depth using the included foam plugs—allowing you to tailor the fit to your specific gear.

The set includes three pieces: soft lid foam for gentle top-side protection, a dense base foam with cutouts to cradle your magazines, and a dense flatpad lining the bottom for additional support. The foam is crafted from closed-cell military-grade polyethylene that is durable, moisture-resistant, and easy to wipe clean. The cutouts extend all the way to the bottom pad, giving full control over how deep each magazine sits.

With a compact form factor that maximizes space efficiency, this foam insert is ideal for users looking to safely transport or store rifle magazines inside a 50 cal ammo can. The foam is designed to fit snugly in cans with interior dimensions of 11.00″ x 5.62″ x 6.25″.

Ammo can is not included. If lid foam adhesion is desired, standard hot glue is sufficient.
