    The CGEM-DX is significantly larger and heavier then the CGEM I & CGEM II and will not fit in this case.

    Good question. The case shell has a lifetime warranty which covers everything on the case that makes it functional. For example if a latch or handle breaks you would be sent a replacement free of charge. If the case is cracked after being dropped you will be supplied a new case shell. The warranty does not cover non-functional wear such as scratches, or small dents nor does the warranty cover the foam. The foam shouldn't have any issues, but it is foam after all & cannot be guaranteed for life like the plastic case shell.
