The custom-cut closed-cell polyethylene foam is precision-fitted to the user’s specific item, ensuring maximum protection from vibration, impact, and environmental exposure. The foam resists moisture, oils, and other contaminants, making it suitable for use in fieldwork, lab environments, and travel applications. Each cavity is engineered to contour precisely to the shape of the item being stored, creating a tailored interior that prevents movement and damage.
The exterior shell of the Case Club 1750 Case is waterproof, dustproof, and crushproof. Reinforced latches and a pressure equalization valve make the case suitable for air travel and heavy-duty use in demanding conditions. The case offers exceptional durability and is easy to carry, pack, or store thanks to its lightweight and stackable design.
This case is designed to fit a wide variety of compact items through custom foam fabrication. While the outer shell remains standard, the foam interior is engineered to precisely match the dimensions of the specific item submitted by the customer at the time of order. It is not pre-cut or universal, and using it for an item other than what the foam was cut for may result in a poor fit and reduced protection.
