  • Longer Lead Time: This product is manufactured in Anaheim CA during a larger production run & therefore has a longer lead-time (about 4-6 weeks) while waiting for the production run to start
  • Old Foam Removal: Customer should be prepared to remove the old foam from their case & pick out the glue which can be a tedious process
  • Adhesive: Some foam sets need to be glued in for best performance which can be done with a hot glue gun from most hobby kits
  • Foam Compatibility: Although this foam may fit into other case brands, Case Club will not be able to comment on the fitment of other case brands
  • Non-Returnable: This foam set is a non-stocked, made to order product and therefore not returnable

  • Max Barrel Length: 10.5" (with flash suppressor)
  • Compatible Accessories: Buffer tube configuration

  • Holds 4 30rd magazines (regular or pmag with or without dust cover)
  • Accommodates all standard sized optics
  • Accommodates angled foregrips & small hand grips
  • Foam includes a pre-cut slot for reusable dehumidifying silica gel canister (which is not included)
  • *If you have the Law Tactical AR Folding Stock the bolt carrier group will have to be removed to fit the upper receiver into the case as the extension attached to the bolt is too long to fit
  • Foam is customizable by each individual user based on their gun's features
  • Foam is closed cell military grade polyethylene which can be wiped clean

Custom-cut cavities in the high-density polyethylene foam precisely fit the upper and lower receivers, keeping each component protected and immobile. Additional cutouts are included for magazines and essential accessories, ensuring everything has a dedicated place and remains organized. Designed to integrate into compatible hard-sided cases, this foam set provides dependable protection during transport or storage, minimizing movement and safeguarding your firearm from impact or abrasion.
