    The case is designed to hold external 2.5" HDDs measuring up to 5.0″ × 3.22″ × 0.83″. Your LaCie Rugged USB‑C 5 TB (and Rugged Mini series) drive has dimensions of approximately 5.318″ (L) × 3.386″ (W) × 0.736″ (H). Since the case limits device length to 5.0″, and your Rugged drive is 5.318″ long, it will not fit inside the pre-cut foam inserts of this case.
