The Case Club Large HDD/SSD Internal Drive Storage Case is a high-capacity, precision-engineered solution for storing and transporting large quantities of internal storage drives. Designed for IT professionals, digital archivists, and system builders, this case provides maximum protection and organization for critical data hardware in a travel-ready format.
The case is compatible with combinations of up to 21 standard 3.5-inch hard drives, 42 2.5-inch drives (HDD or SSD), or as many as 378 M.2 SSDs. The interior foam has been ingeniously cut to maximize the storage capacity of each drive type, allowing you to customize the layout based on your needs.
For 3.5-inch HDDs, including those that are 0.75 or 1.0 inches thick, the drives fit directly into the main foam pockets with a snug, secure fit. For 2.5-inch drives such as notebook HDDs or SATA SSDs, users can place them into the same pockets with the included divider piece, allowing two drives per pocket. If the user is comfortable with the drives making contact, up to four 2.5-inch drives can be stored per pocket, increasing the total capacity to 84 drives.
For M.2 SSDs that are 22mm wide, the included slotted divider inserts allow each foam pocket to hold 18 drives. That translates to a maximum capacity of 378 M.2 SSDs. This configuration does not accommodate M.2 drives with heatsinks or non-standard widths.
