  1. Answered by the admin The layers are not glued in. The product is created with the assumption our customer needs to remove the foam to cutout their own design & any glue would hinder that. Generally the cases are filled with either 1.5" or 2" layers so for a case like this you can expect 3-4 layers which includes a bottom layer thinner than the rest. The bottom layer is intended to separate your parts from hitting the bottom of the case. Our production team ultimately decides the exact layer thickness, but they do so in a reasonable way as to not provide layer that are too thick for you to cut.
