Special Product Information

Longer Lead Time: This product is manufactured in Anaheim CA during a larger production run & therefore has a longer lead-time (about 4-6 weeks) while waiting for the production run to start.
Old Foam Removal: Customer should be prepared to remove the old foam from their case & pick out the glue which can be a tedious process
Adhesive: Some foam sets need to be glued in for best performance which can be done with a hot glue gun from most hobby kits
Foam Compatibility: Although this foam may fit into other case brands, Case Club will not be able to comment on the fitment of other case brands
Non-Returnable: This foam set is a non-stocked, made to order product and therefore not returnable

Fits 60 Folding Knives, Swiss Army Knives, or Butterfly Knives
Knife Pockets are 4.25"x1"x1", with 0.50" perforated extensions that can be expand up to 5.25"x1"x1"
Leave the perforated spacers in for smaller knives & remove them for longer knives
For thin knives, 2 can be placed in a single slot

The reason is that it is a California state law that requires businesses to provide reasonable warning about the use of any chemicals the state has decided could cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. The list of chemicals and substances is extensive - currently totaling approximately 900.

For those consumers who live outside of California, you are not accustomed to seeing Prop 65 Warnings everywhere you go to shop, eat, buy groceries, fix your car, and are even posted at amusement parks.

We have no reported cases of our products causing harm or danger to anyone. We believe in the safety of our products and we meet all the applicable safety requirements. We are unable to test against the 900+ chemicals listed for Prop 65 and to 100% certainty, and therefore, in an abundance of caution, we have placed the warning on our products to be in compliance with this California regulation. You will also see the Prop 65 warning on products that you buy outside of California, because we are unable to determine our products’ final retail destination.
